WARRANTY & BACK UP PLANS
All products at Powerland are brand new and come with a minimum of 12 months Manufacturer's Warranty (unless otherwise specified). You must retain a copy of your tax invoice and contact the Manufacturer directly if you require warranty service and repairs. In addition to the Manufacturer’s Warranty, to further protect your product, Powerland Pty Ltd offer Back Up Plans which cover a range of consumer electronics and appliances. These are increasingly popular options for customers purchasing lifestyle products such as electrical goods.
How to Make a Manufacturer Warranty Claim?
To make a claim under the Manufacturer's Warranty, please contact the relevant manufacturer directly by finding their contact details their brand page located here or you can contact our Customer Care Team. Please note that you will require your tax invoice when making a claim.
The Manufacturer Warranty Claim is personal to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferrable.
Back Up Plan

Consumer Guarantees
If you are a "consumer" within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law, the following notice applies to you:
Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, we will provide, at our option, a repair, replacement or refund for the product or a component of the product. If a product or component of the product is no longer available and cannot be repaired, we will, in our absolute discretion, replace the product with a substitute item. Powerland shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenues, lost profits, loss of data, rental of replacement equipment, damage to property, and third party claims arising out of any claim, either in contract, tort, and statute or otherwise. In no event will Powerland’s entire liability exceed the purchase price of the product.
No other express warranty or representation has been made or will be made on behalf of Powerland with respect to the products, their components, or the operation, repair or replacement of those products and components. No representative of Powerland is authorised to make any changes or modifications to any Back Up Plans or Consumer Guarantees.
Except for the limited warranty permitted herein, to the extent permitted by law, Powerland disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including all warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent that any implied warranties may nonetheless exist by operation of law, any such warranties are limited to the duration of any Back Up Plans or Consumer Guarantees.
