TERMS OF ORDER PLACEMENT
By placing an order via; our website, our eBay store, over the telephone or another source by which our stock is sold, you make a commitment to abide by the Terms and Conditions and all Policies set out on our website. All orders placed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and all prices are inclusive of GST.
Customer Warranties
At our discretion we can accept or reject an order placed by a consumer depending on a variety of factors, such as availability of the ordered products or our ability to validate payment for the products. Prior to dispatch, we may be required to perform a security check on orders placed. In the case that we perform a security check, we may ask for the following via photos or scanned copies: a copy of the credit card used for the order (you may cover the first 12 digits for security reasons), a copy of your valid photo ID displaying the delivery address, or any other items we may require to validate your order. We may be required to cancel and refund your order if you do not adhere to our security check, or we reject it for not being validated as per our own discretion. Any individual under the age of eighteen (18) is unable to order products or services from us. Any order placed by a person under eighteen (18) years of age will be made void.
Order Acceptance
Once your checkout process is complete, we confirm acceptance of your order when you receive an official Tax Invoice to your email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a ‘Powerland Shipment’ confirmation email advising your order has been dispatched with any relevant tracking details. Once we have given you an Order Reference Number, a binding agreement will come into existence between you and us and only these Terms and Conditions will apply in relation to the supply of the ordered products.
Payment Methods
If paying via credit card, your credit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. You acknowledge and agree that some banks and financial institutions may charge you an additional fee for international transactions.
Any purchases may be paid for using a Paypal account or credit card through third party merchant facilities. Powerland is not responsible or has any control over any third party merchant facilities. You acknowledge and agree that Powerland will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of their use of a third party payment gateway. Powerland advises that you should read and understand the terms and conditions of the third party merchant facilities before using them.
Product Availability
Product prices and stock level availability are subject to change without notice. If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will inform you over the phone, or email using the details provided by you at the checkout process to amend, cancel or put your order on backorder if agreed with you.
Delivery Arrangements
Free Shipping is based on a select group of metro cities and post codes. A large majority of Australia qualifies for free shipping for over 90% of our items! You can calculate shipping to your location on the product page or on your checkout page. In the rare occasion that you have qualified for free shipping or a particular fee where the calculators formula was not supposed to show this, we will contact you if you are required to pay more shipping, or we’ll happily refund you the item if we cannot cover shipping costs. Deliveries occur during Business Days and usually within Business Hours. Weekend, or afterhour deliveries may be requested but are treated on a case by case basis and are subject to an extra charge if applicable.
You acknowledge and agree that the products offered for sale on the site are directed solely at Australian residents. Powerland makes no representation that any products sold through the site are appropriate or available for use outside Australia. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. Please be advised that some products may not be deliverable overseas due to local law and it shall be your responsibility for any failure to deliver the products overseas due to local law. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any laws.
