We know how important it is that you receive your product from Powerland as soon as possible after purchase. We aim to dispatch all items in stock within 1-3 business days, and delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch. For larger items or areas outside of metro, this may take a little longer due to available courier services at the time. Upon dispatch from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing information to track and trace your order and your order will accordingly be marked as “Shipped” in eBay along with your tracking number. Our Couriers usually deliver with only one driver when delivering items, so for heavy or bulky items please make sure you have someone ready that's capable of helping the driver unload your order off the truck if need be.

  • Set/Free shipping prices are based on particular metro suburbs only. Please be advised that we may be required to charge you an extra delivery fee after purchase which we will advise you before so. Please feel free to contact us on 1300 664 684 to check if you will incur any extra charges for shipping.
  • Our orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days from when payment is cleared and approved against our fraud checks, with rare occasions exceeding this time.
  • Some dispatch and delivery delays may occur due to various reasons out of our control, such as unexpected warehouse delays or Courier service delays.
  • Delivery is only from Door to Door. Please ensure access is practical and check dimensions against your entry points. If you require removal and/or installation, please advise us before making your purchase and we will assist you to our best ability if possible at your location.
  • While we may deliver using our own Powerland drivers we generally ship with multiple couriers including TNT and Couriers Please. Please note that no weekend or after hours deliveries are available if shipping via Courier.
  • We will not be responsible for loss of items or delivery delays due to an incorrect postal address given.
  • For any missed deliveries due to no one being available at the delivery address at the expected time, the order will be left at your requested location if you have given Authority To Leave without a signiture, or the delivery will be taken back to the depot and a new attempt will be made. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect information or a missed delivery, we may have to charge you the redelivery fee or return fee we incur.
  • We only ship within Australia to physical addresses such as houses, apartments or businesses and DO NOT post internationally, to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers etc.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. You are also required to check items upon delivery for any damage which has occurred during delivery as at this point – you are not liable, until you take or sign for the item.

Pick Up

Pick up at our Sydney location is available upon request 7 Days a week from our Warwick Farm Store & Showroom. If pick up is preferred, we will contact you with a suitable day for pick up as goods may need to be transferred from warehouse to store. You are required to bring a Photo ID matching the name of the person on the order. If the order was paid for with a credit card, the original credit card must be available for inspection by our staff. Our staff have the right to reject pickup if you do not match the pickup criteria.
